刚进店时，店员会热情地问你需不需要帮助：

Hi, welcome!欢迎光临！

Can I help you with anything? 您需要帮助吗？

Are you looking for something specific? 您在找什么特定的单品吗？

不要被店员的殷勤吓跑哦，如果我们只是随便看看，这么说就好：

No thanks, I’m justbrowsing/ I’m justlooking around.不用了谢谢，我就是随便看看

店员会回复你：

-Oh ok. Let me know if you need anything.好的。需要帮助的时候叫我就好。

-Sure, thank you.好的，谢谢。

另外，进店时，你可能也想问一下营业时间：What time are you closing?

2、 打折

店员有时候会告诉你有些商品在打折：

Just so you know, all the clothes in those racks are50% off. 对了，这边架上的衣服都是打对折。

All the clothes areon sale.这些衣服都打折。

需要注意的是，英语中对打折的表述和我们不太一样

你在橱窗上看到的标志是这个意思：

20% percent off 打八折

30% percent off 打七折

3 、试衣服

向店员询问问题时，加入Excuse me，让你听起来更加礼貌：

Excuse me，

can I geta fitting room?/

where is the fitting room?/

where can I try this on?

不好意思，我能用下试衣间吗？

有些店里，店员会问你要拿几件衣服进去：

How many items do you have? 您要拿几件衣服进去？

国外的店员都会很热情，在试衣服的时候，他们会时不时在外面问你是否需要帮助。你可以这样礼貌回答：

-Are you doing ok in there?/ Is everything going ok? 你在里面还好吗？

-Yeah I’mdoing great.Thanks for asking.我很好，谢谢。

-How did it work out? 觉得衣服怎么样？

-I’m taking these ones./ Oh it didn’t work out.我拿这几件了。/它们都不太适合我。

4 、换尺码

如果你想要换不同尺码或不同颜色的衣服，可以这样说：

Can Igeta size up/downfor this style?

Do you have thisin large/small?

你这个款有大一号/小一号的吗？

Do you have this in a blue color? 这件你有蓝颜色的吗？

Can Iget a size 6for this? 这个有6号的吗？

如果东西卖光了，营业员会对你说：

The size smalls areout of stock/ aresold out. 小码的都卖光了。

5 、结账

当你找到了满意的物品，就这么说：

-I’ll take it.我拿这件。

-Great. I canhelp you at the counter.好的。我帮您结账。

结账时，店员一般还会继续抛出问题：

-Are you finding everything ok today? 您今天在本店买东西还顺利吗？

-Everything’s great. 很顺利。

-How would you like to pay？您想怎么买单呢？

-I would like topay by cash/ debit card/ credit card.我想用现金/借记卡/信用卡。

-Insert/Swipeyour card please.请插入卡/刷一下卡。

当店员问你要不要袋子或其他东西的时候，不用犹豫，只需简单回答：

Yes, please. /No, thank you.

6、 退换

如果售后想要退换货，用这些语句：

-Can I return it and get a refund?/ Can I exchange it? 我可以退货退款吗？/我可以换货吗？

-Of course, do you have the receipt with you? 可以，您带小票了吗？
